System requirements for viewing content on Asset TV

To ensure you have the best experience on Asset TV, here's a breakdown of our system requirements.

Browser Support

We regularly test our products and features on the most current, stable versions of major browsers. Below are the browsers we officially support.

Warning

Asset TV will not work without JavaScript enabled. This is usually enabled by default, but if you're unsure, please contact your IT department.

We rigorously test our web player on the latest versions of the browsers listed below. While some older versions might work, we only prioritize fixing bugs that affect versions with more than 0.5% global usage. We can't guarantee playback or specific feature functionality on browsers not listed here.

Warning

Internet Explorer Support

Asset TV (and Insure TV) does not support Internet Explorer. While some features might work, we can't offer any support for its use.

Please note that Microsoft no longer supports Internet Explorer, so we strongly recommend using an alternative, modern browser for a secure and optimal experience.

Network Support and Security

All traffic to Asset TV and Insure TV is sent securely over HTTPS (port 443) using TLS encryption, ensuring your connection to our servers is fully protected.

In most cases, you won't need to do anything to access Asset TV. However, in some corporate IT environments, you might need to "whitelist" specific domains to allow our services to function correctly.
