Why Have I Stopped Receiving Emails from Asset TV?

There are a couple of common reasons you might have stopped receiving emails from us.

You may have unsubscribed by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of an Asset TV email. It's also possible your email address was unsubscribed if you forwarded one of our emails to someone else and they clicked the unsubscribe button.

To start receiving emails again, please contact us with your name and email address, and we'll be happy to re-add you to our list.

Troubleshooting Email Delivery

If you're still having trouble getting our emails, it's possible your email server is blocking them. To ensure you receive all Asset TV communications, please send the following details to your IT team. They can "whitelist" our domains and IP addresses to make sure our emails land directly in your inbox.

The domains we send emails from are:

  • asset.tv
  • assettv.com
  • atvupdates.com
  • atvdaily.com
  • atvemail.com

Our email service provider (ESP) uses these return-path sending domains:

  • atvdaily.com
  • emsd6.com

If those don't resolve the issue, your domain server might be blocking these IP addresses:

  • 13.111.58.107
  • 173.236.20.196
